It was a great festival, plenty of raw food, raw chocolate treats, superfoods, young coconuts, durian, talks on health & wellness and lots more

These beautiful raw food canapes were at an event I attended

It's sushi without the rice & fish, I call it 'newshi'

They were made by a beauty called Aija (on the right:)She also made these crisps from carrot & parsnip

And raw chocolate cakes :)

Neil's Yard

We also visited Neil's Yard, I always imagined Neil'sYard to be a 'working yard' where stuff is produced, but its a yard with lots of little Neil's Yard shops, cafes & restaurants Here at Neils Yard we enjoyed fresh durian

It's a tropical fruit, an aphrodisiac, full of healthy fats & beauty minerals like silica & sulphur

It looks like the ovaries of the female reproducive system this makes sense then that it is an aphrodisiac according to the Doctrine of Signitures..
